The property dividends intrigues me so i check out the chart .... upward channel (currently knocking at resistance bka breakout of channel by tom) tapos i noticed also a flag (encircle) with gap up ... looks like a breakaway gap .... what u guys think?

I agree there's a gap up w/ a flag. Today is another pole...possible pole anyways.
