C is possibly forming a bottom h&s with a target of $27.85. Target expected to be reached w/in 3 mos.

I am unsure where to put the cutloss. I say $20.89 which is 2% of the resistance level of $21.32

I don't know about the left shoulder. Looks a little too small for me. But at the very least, it looks like some double bottom in the making.
