General Recommendation: Buy/Sell on breakout, HOLD for the mean time Trading range could also be applicable to some issues, but buy near support...sell near resistance for every property issues Property issues are definitly trending Up Watch out for a possible correction towards the downside of the upward channel

PS. I think studying the INDEX or Average of issues under the same Industry could actually guide our trades. We can actually discover from the average if the stock we hold is already selling high or whether the issues we wish to buy still have more room for potential upside in comparison to peers in industry

After all: "Average Discounts Everything" we don't want to go against the tide if ever.
