The above represent only 10 locations. There are 119 mining claims covering 837 hectares of property. Auditors will not allow such data in the annual report unless certified by a licensed geologist.

The MPSA which should have taken only 4 1/2-7 months of processing is now in its 8th month. It should be released soon.

Updates:

Facts:
1. Annual Stockholders Meeting held last 30 May 2008 was adjourned due to lack of quorum.
2. In a disclosure to PSE, Omico sent notice of a complaint filed by Astra to SEC against Omico on alleged violations of the company By Laws and the Corporation Code.
3. MPSA is still with MGB-DENR.
4. Contract with Ivanhoe is still a contract.
5. No scheduled date yet for the new stockholders meeting as of today, 13 August 2008.

Chart:
1. August 6 breakout had volume of 728M.
2. Price is King. It moved from .0095 to .012 on the same day. Who was the top buyer?
3. Watch the King. Watch his Highness.

Warning:
1. While the site is beside Philex, I have seen no due diligence review to value the mine.

I'm not sure you mean by "downloaded data cant be converted into my amibroker" and "minor straight horizontal lines" but I see nothing wrong with your chart. If you're referring to "2 failed or skipped" message at the bottom part of PSEGet, check your date range. You're trying to download Saturday and Sunday data.

To change the style of your chart: Amibroker Menu > View > Price Chart Style > Bars
