wala lang po.....gusto ko lang malaman kung ano basis bakit sinasabing overvalued at undervalued ang isang stock.

Manny, fundamentals na yun. Ang technician di nagsasabi ng overvalued, undervalued, etc. They rely on the financial statements, cashflow, etc. to get the NAV, BV, EPS, PE, and what other number you want to get from there to get the valuation.

Di umiinit ulo ko dyan. Yun lang parang nawawala ng saysay yung mga tinuro namin kung hinahaluan natin ng fundamentals.
