All though its fundamentals I say the oil prices have an effect on these guys. Also TA made a move.

sa tinagal tagal na tingin ko sa PERC at last lumabas din!

if it goes beyond 14.50 i will look for a flag pattern. baka maextend pa gains. Swapang no! ok lang lang yan basta may charts hehehhe
