Walang pumapansin sa GBPUSD lately but what's happening to Cable now makes it such a compelling case for a mid-to-long term short.

Lets talk about fan lines. The rule with fan lines is that a break on the 3rd line is a very strong short signal. Although some private analysts are still bullish on this one basing their analysis on money flow and risk appetite. Be that as it may, fundamentals in my opinion is supporting this case.

This chart is now showing the cable trying to break the 3rd fan line. Tentative target is 1.52. But watch out for 1.57. A bounce at 1.57 can still render this signal as void. But shorting now down to 1.57 will be very high probability.

shorted this pair again at a higher level at 1.6010. my previous short trade was stopped out thru a trailing stop. I am looking at longer term here beyond 1.57-(probably 1.52) initial profit taking at 1.5850, then re entry at higher level if it corrects.
