Just want to clarify this or the newbie: You should already own and still own the FGEN shares BEFORE the ex date to be entitled to the SRO. On exdate you may sell your shares and still be entitled to avail of the SRO.

For the guy whose concerned about not having money to pay for the SRO availment: Sell your FGEN on ex date that should be more than enough to avail of the SRO since the exercise price will be at a substantial discount.

I have a question for this "Offer Ratio: 1.756 : 1 Stock Rights Offering @ P7.00"

does that mean if i have 1000 FGEN stocks, i can buy 1756 more for the price of P7000 only?

Kindly confirm with your broker that it's 1.756 rights for every share you own or if it's 1 right for every 1.756 shares you own.
