No trades for me today. Nag long ako kahapon sa 1.1990, pero natunaw at tinamaan ang aking stop then lumipad sya. Long story short, ako'y na whipsaw

Yup I have 1 entry at 1.2120 pero maliit lang. One that can endure kahit umabot pa ng 1.2300. Next entry ko is at 1.22 if ever medyo malakas ang sipa eh kaya malaki na agwat. Dow is up 200 pts agad sa opening so I am thinking that this is a risk apetite bounce. If I am not mistaken the reason for this is the RBNZ rate hike, and the China trade surplus that is over 50%. Asian equity markets and European markets in general were also up so maybe risk apetite is really here. Expect the Comm dollars to appreciate and also GBP and EUR in that order.

^if GBP and EUR will appreciate, then that means, it's advisable to short EURGBP then long after hitting support? hehehe..

1.2200 looks to be the strongest resistance right? for now, dyan nag tambay ang price before diving e.. hehehe..

closed my eurusd short with a measly 37 pips. Hayaan ko muna to. I am retaining some short entries at 1.2180 and 1.2200 though.

Tingin ko wala ka direction na mahanap with EURGBP because since this is risk appetite bounce what is being sold here is the USD and the JPY in exchange for the risk currencies. SO more or less maglalabanan lang yung dalawang currency EUR & GBP. If you are up to a range trade, then pwede. You might get some luck with the direction but not that convincing just like the way when one currency is bought aggressively over the other.

The price action looks exhausted as it just consolidated near 1.2150 (and formed a double top on a 15min chart.) Also most USD &JPY pairs looks toppish so I put back in my short entry at 1.2120. SL at 1.2320, TP 1.17.

here is now my set up. There is a short term trendline it violated for a while but the looks of those candles aren't strong enough. It failed at a whole number resistance (1.2150), the CCI looks very overbought, and the other risk currencies (AUD, CAD,NZD & GBP) looks toppish. Looks like a good signal to me. Short at 1.2120, SL 1.2320, TP 1.17

^currently up 60 pips. I am taking out partial profits and moving all stops at breakeven to avoid unnecessary risks over the weekend. It's friday so it's time to take a rest and celebrate the celtics win over the lakers to even the series at 2-2. Go boston!
